I was away on vacation. No printer, no scanner, no fax…no worries. My wife and I had to initial and sign a 13 page real estate contract (PDF format). This app was great and so so easy to use. Very versatile, allowing for signatures or initials, from one or two people (we needed both). It saves the signature/initials so you simply need to tap sign or initial and then select your prior writing. No need to keep re-signing! A must to have even if it’s a “just in case” app.

I recently used this app to sign an acceptance letter for a new job and a couple weeks later to sign a contract for selling our house. This app was easy to use, easy to export the document when I was done, and maybe the signatures and other text look like they belonged there.

I am a Realtor, and 99% paperless, but there are increasing amount of documents needing a “wet” signature. The signatures from the ap look 100% authentic. Other sign aps the signature looks choppy, this smooths out the lettering, makes it look like you used a pen, and you don’t even need a stylus
